Refrigerator Magnetic Door Gasket (Refrigerator Seal Strip) Product Introduction

1. Definition

Refrigerator magnetic door gasket, also known as fridge door seal strip, is a core accessory installed around the door edge of refrigerators and freezers. It forms an airtight seal between the cabinet and door. It is extruded composite of two parts: soft PVC outer cover and embedded flexible magnetic strip.

2. Internal Structure

1. Outer layer: Modified soft SPVC with multi-air-chamber hollow design, featuring excellent elasticity and shock absorption. Premium versions adopt EPDM rubber or food-grade silicone for better low-temperature resistance and anti-aging performance.

2. Inner layer: Ferrite flexible magnetic strip, extruded and magnetized with magnetic powder and plasticizer. The magnetic force tightly attaches the door to the steel cabinet frame to eliminate air gaps.

CPE130A is a kind of chlorinated polyethylene with high Mooney viscosity, very good mechanical property and filling capacity.
